I recently used Andrew to help find tenements for our condo. Andrew and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very upfront, straightforward, and described the entire process; how long they thought it would take (which they were right on with), services they would do, cost etc.During the process they took care of everything; the advertising, the showings, background checks, and eventually the lease itself. My wife and I hired Utopia Management Inc. a couple months ago to manage our town home, as I was moving out of town. Andrew personally came out and gave me an assessment of what it would rent for. In a little more than two weeks we had a tenant at the price quoted. They made necessary repairs at a very reasonable cost and they have kept us in the loop the entire time. To date, they have always been available when we have needed them and my wife and I have been so pleased with the service we have received. I'm a landlord who uses Utopia Management Inc's property management service and have recently been assisting me to recover money from a previous tenant's deposit to fund the work required to get my property back to a suitable state for new tenants. They dealt with this quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased with the eventual outcome. Flooring across the entire property was upgraded by Utopia Property Management in Orange County. Samantha coordinated the transition from old stained carpets to stylish, easy to clean vinyl plank flooring that looks like hardwood. They also improved the soundproofing underlayment, which has noticeably reduced noise transfer between units. The Repairman Warren was fantastic. He fixed the electrical problem with my bathroom heat lamp and reported that not just the 2 angle stops for the broken faucet but angle stops for both sinks. The Laguna Woods plumbers replaced the 4 angle stops. Warren returned and replaced both faucets with great new features. Warren took care of all of my problems, for the second time, and I highly recommend him! ~ Bruce D

This property is owned by my nephew but I am his aunt and have been dealing with the running of this property. For the past 5 years Utopia Management Inc, I found team to be very very professional and extremely good at their job. They always on the ball - I never had to ask twice about anything.
