My wife and I hired Utopia Management Inc. a couple months ago to manage our town home, as I was moving out of town. Andrew personally came out and gave me an assessment of what it would rent for. In a little more than two weeks we had a tenant at the price quoted. They made necessary repairs at a very reasonable cost and they have kept us in the loop the entire time. To date, they have always been available when we have needed them and my wife and I have been so pleased with the service we have received. I recently used Andrew to help find tenements for our condo. Andrew and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very upfront, straightforward, and described the entire process; how long they thought it would take (which they were right on with), services they would do, cost etc.During the process they took care of everything; the advertising, the showings, background checks, and eventually the lease itself. The Utopia maintenance team have never failed to exceed my expectations. They're professional timely and easy to work with. Honestly I had fears that having a mgt team between me and the owner would cause a lot of delays with repairs. I was wrong. Utopia Management Inc. was a very helpful letting agency. They advised us to improve the standard of the property in order to make it easier to let to the target audience. Staff member at Utopia Management Inc. contacted us on a regular basis to give us updates on the progress of the letting. They also found good tenants which all landlords need. The Repairman Warren was fantastic. He fixed the electrical problem with my bathroom heat lamp and reported that not just the 2 angle stops for the broken faucet but angle stops for both sinks. The Laguna Woods plumbers replaced the 4 angle stops. Warren returned and replaced both faucets with great new features. Warren took care of all of my problems, for the second time, and I highly recommend him! ~ Bruce D
