My wife and I hired Utopia Management Inc. a couple months ago to manage our town home, as I was moving out of town. Andrew personally came out and gave me an assessment of what it would rent for. In a little more than two weeks we had a tenant at the price quoted. They made necessary repairs at a very reasonable cost and they have kept us in the loop the entire time. To date, they have always been available when we have needed them and my wife and I have been so pleased with the service we have received.
